Returns & Exchanges
Mattress Depot offers all customers a 30-day period for exchanges. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the protocol for exchanging your mattress. There will be a $150 fee for all exchanges and you may incur a separate delivery fee as well. Please note: If the mattress you're unhappy with is unsanitary, has stains on it or is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a comfort guarantee exchange. Please consider purchasing a SleepTite® mattress protector with your mattress purchase to prevent any liquids or stains from your mattress. Do not remove the law labels attached to your mattress. Should you remove the law label, you will not be eligible for a comfort guarantee exchange. Subject to the above mentioned restrictions, Mattress Depot's 30-day comfort guarantee is valid for one (1) exchange only and is eligible for any mattress of equal or greater value only. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Our comfort guarantee is not valid on warranty related issues with the manufacturer and cannot be used in conjunction with any warranty issues. All exchanges must occur within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Our comfort guarantee is not eligible with any discount, clearance or promotional offers including floor models. In addition, we only offer a comfort guarantee on mattresses. Pillows, adjustable bases, furniture, mattress protectors, frames, linens and mattress toppers are not eligible for our comfort guarantee.
